ABOUT yoga me up
Yoga Me Up is a physical practice which works the whole body and also a mental practice which engages and helps focus the mind.
All of our Yoga Me Up sessions are run on Zoom which means you can work in your own home or wherever you are and benefit from the practice.
Whether you are a seasoned yogi or have never been on the mat you are welcome to join our classes. We will work at your level.
Classes take place throughout the week and these are available as regular sessions or as ad hoc to suit your lifestyle.
A little insight into what you can expect from the Yoga Me Up sessions.
CLASS TIMETABLE
Monday 9.30-10.15am – Full Hatha Practice with Meditation
Tuesday 5.45-6.30pm – Full Hatha Practice with Meditation
Wednesday 7.45-8.05am – Morning Flow
Friday 7.30-8.00am – Hatha Practice
Why Yoga and Performance?
As a performer or non-performer, one of the most important things we have to do is look after ourselves – we have to look after our body and mind. Making the decision to take some time out each week to reconnect and feel good has a major impact on how we navigate the struggles of day to day life. Yoga Me Up is designed as a programme for performers and creatives who often work long hours which are physically and mentally demanding and the mix of physical practice and mindfulness and meditation ensures that those taking part in sessions are able to benefit from a wholesome practice.
